May 2, 2019 · It has no power. You can, however, turn the light on when you need it by turning the switch off and back on. This turns on the light and its automatically back in motion detection mode, so the light will time out like it usually does and motion will reactivate it.

I figured it out. You have to create a group, go into settings and attach your floodlight cam. Then go into the floodlight and make sure the lights are set to on (if not, they will be considered disabled and won't function for this task). Now you can control the lights within the group or via Alexa. Hope this helps anyone!
