May 29, 2023 · No clue if it was moisture getting inside the tv or some kind of liquid the tv has inside. Used an hair dryer on a small part. It moved and then went away. Did it on the rest and after some time of strange shifting, it was gone completely. Turned on the tv a couple of hours later and there were no patches or any other visible damage to the screen.

Jul 3, 2023 · I have a 7 month old 55" QN85 tv and when I turn it on the screen is extremely dark. At first I thought the screen wasn't turning on at all but realized you can just barely make out the outline of some of the apps on the home menu. Screen remains in the barely visible dim mode on all inputs, I tried my xbox, switch, and the smart tv home screen.

Aug 27, 2018 · Hi. I got a call from the Samsung help line about 3 days after clicking on a help link on the tv. We went through a diagnostic process using a live link picture and video assistance. I was told that my TV actually has a 2 year warranty (previously told only one by Currys and Samsung) and so they will fix it free.
