ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Former Minnesota State Patrol Trooper Shane Roper is due back in court Wednesday afternoon in the case of a deadly on-the-job crash that killed an Owatonna teenager.

The defense team for Shane Roper, 33, is asking Olmsted County to dismiss 8 out of 9 charges related to last year's crash.
