Light snow will leave accumulation across most of the Denver area, with higher amounts in the mountains. Pinpoint Weather Meteorologist Alden German looks at just how much will fall and when it will be heaviest.

The cold lingers all day Wednesday, with highs in the teens, extra clouds and a few lingering flurries in the Denver weather forecast.

Warmer-than-average temperatures will continue on Tuesday across Southwest and Central Virginia. However, noticeably cooler conditions are slated for Wednesday. Rain showers will return to the region.
