Kristin Cabot, the now-on-leave HR executive at Astronomer, flashed a wide smile and hefty wedding rings alongside Privateer Rum owner Andrew Cabot and two young kids, according to a Facebook post.

Cabot appears to be married to Privateer Rum’s CEO, as private records show they’re co-owners of a $2.2 million New Hampshire home.

Before being caught in the arms of married Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, the company’s HR chief, Kristin Cabot, boasted that she “wins trust” of CEOs. “An influential leader and fearless change agent, I lead by example and win trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants,” she wrote via her LinkedIn bio.

During the concert cameras pointed to a man with gray hair later identified as Astronomer CEO Andy Byron hugging a woman, later identified as Kristin Cabot, who is not his wife. Video of the moment, which was shared online, shows the pair appearing on screen.
