Border czar Tom Homan told CNN host Dana Bash on Sunday during an interview that appearance alone does not give ICE agents reasonable suspicion in detaining illegal immigrants.

In his appearance on CNN's "State of the Union" yesterday morning with Dana Bash, Tom Homan lashed out at the federal judge halting ICE's lawless activities in the Los Angeles area. He claimed ICE agents don't need probable cause and can just rely on "reasonable suspicion" in deciding whether or not to arrest someone.
