Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal team has now reviewed videos of the embattled hip-hop mogul's so-called "freak offs" at the heart of prosecutors' case against him and are now claiming the footage shows no evidence of criminal activity.

A February 2024 video of a YouTuber riding a motorcycle at a former prison was shared with false descriptions saying it showed Sean “Diddy” Combs riding a bike in jail.

Ashley Parham, an accuser who filed suit against Combs in a California federal court in October, spoke to Ashleigh Banfield of NewsNation Tuesday night and detailed an evening in 2018 in which she says Combs and two other men "took turns" raping her while recording the assault before she was able to threaten him with a knife and ultimately run away from his house after a neighbor created a distraction.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was told by a filmmaker that he had a chance to make history if the music mogul turned himself in for his alleged crimes.
