Ja Morant injury update: Grizzlies star has status upgraded for MLK Day game
The Memphis Grizzlies got some good news ahead of Monday's matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Star guard Ja Morant will play Monday against the Timberwolves. He missed Friday's win over the Spurs with right foot soreness and was initially listed as questionable on the injury report Sunday before being upgraded to probable on Monday morning.
A Shelby County Circuit Court judge will now decide if Ja Morant is immune from suit in the case where he punched a teen.
