A Powerball ticket sold in Texas won $1 million, but just missed the $20 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The tickets matched five winning numbers, but not the Powerball, in the drawing Monday, Jan. 20, the national Powerball site said.

The Oregon Lottery said the winner has a year to come forward. Lottery winners in Oregon, with few exceptions, cannot remain anonymous.
