Supposed foes turned into friends during one of many of President Donald Trump’s celebratory galas as both Jake Paul (27) and Mike Tyson (58) attended his inauguration Monday. Paul put his former boxing foe on his shoulders while at a Washington D.C. party that featured a wild collision of A-list celebrities and national power brokers.

In an Instagram video from the evening, 28-year-old Paul could be seen hoisting his former opponent Tyson, 58, onto his shoulders, while a crowd cheered them on. “Best friends,” Paul wrote in the caption.

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul were part of the most-hyped fight of 2024, and while technical issues and accusations of rigging dominated the conversation afterward, there were questions about how the two fighters felt about each other after Paul emerged victorious.
