(WJAR) — A former Rhode Island fugitive accused of faking his death and fleeing the United States to avoid rape charges has been found guilty in Utah for a sexual assault he committed in 2008.

If a quorum is not met in the Texas House on Friday, House Speaker Dustin Burrows and Gov. Abbott have confirmed they plan to call another session immediately.
