The Bears installed Thomas Brown as their interim head coach after firing Matt Eberflus on Friday and one of Brown's former bosses thinks he's well suited for his new role.

On Friday, however, Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay demystified Brown a little bit in the wake of the Bears' dismissal of coach Matt Eberflus. Brown worked under McVay from 2020 to '22, and the two played high school football against each other in Georgia.

When the Chicago Bears broke the news that Thomas Brown was going to replace Matt Eberflus as the team's new head coach, no one was happier about the decision than Sean McVay.
