Elon Musk has sued OpenAI, accusing it of using unfair practices to harm rival companies, including his own AI company, xAI. However, OpenAI has dismissed the claims.

The injunction would also stop OpenAI from allegedly requiring its investors to refrain from funding competitors, including xAI and others.
