Patrick Mahomes became the career leader in passing touchdowns for the Kansas City Chiefs when he lofted a pass to Justin Watson in the end zone late in the first half against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday.

Mahomes, now in his seventh season as Kansas City’s starting quarterback and eighth year as a professional, threw his 238th regular season passing touchdown. It came on a 6-yard pass to wide receiver Justin Watson during the second quarter of Friday’s game. The touchdown pass gave the Chiefs a 10-3 lead over the Raiders.
