Investigators found no evidence linking her to human trafficking and have since ruled her three-week disappearance voluntary.

On Monday, LAPD announced that Hannah Kobayashi was voluntarily missing and that she was seen on surveillance footage crossing into Mexico last month.

The Los Angeles Police Department said Hannah Kobayashi was seen on video crossing into Mexico from the U.S. on foot and there is no evidence of foul play in her disappearance.
