Harley-Davidson Inc. on Wednesday reported a fourth quarter loss of $117 million as its motorcycle business revenue fell 47% from a year ago. The company said high interest rates contributed to eroding consumer confidence.

Revenue missed analyst estimates by 1.2%. Earnings per share (EPS) also missed analyst estimates by 5.5%. Looking ahead, revenue is expected to decline by 2.4% p.a. on average during the next 3 years, while revenues in the Auto industry in the US are expected to grow by 14%.
