CD Projekt Red has started teasing its upcoming fourth Witcher game. Following the mismanaged launch, and subsequent redemption, of Cyberpunk 2077, the Polish developer has been hard at work on continuing the Witcher franchise, with the project entering full production earlier this year.

Cyberpunk 2077 has crossed 30 million copies sold. The game first launched in December 2020 to divisive opinions over a number of bugs, glitches, and other issues, with CD Projekt RED updating the game over the following months and years.

The Witcher 4 developer CD Projekt Red intends to avoid the mistakes of Cyberpunk 2077, the game "will be better, bigger, greater than The Witcher 3."
