Batches of Wegmans Semi-Sweet Chocolate Nonpareils were recalled due to the presence of an undeclared allergen.

Some lots of Wegmans semi-sweet chocolate nonpareils candy are under recall in several states over an "undeclared milk allergen," according to an allergy alert published by the FDA.

The candy was distributed through Wegmans stores in eight states, including Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington D.C.
