According to MLB Insider Bob Nightengale of USA Today, the New York Yankees have offered a contract to NL Cy Young winner Blake Snell, and the Toronto Blue Jays are still looming.

Snell's first outing will come on Tuesday night when the host San Francisco Giants open a three-game set against the Toronto Blue Jays.
