At 3-8, the Jets are out of the postseason picture already. This upcoming Sunday in Week 13, the Seattle Seahawks (6-5) head to New York for a matchup they will need to win a lot more than the Jets do. Even so, Rodgers said he is assured he has plenty to still motivate him.
