Colorado's Travis Hunter will be the 2024 Heisman Trophy winner. That is the result of my annual straw poll of Heisman voters -- who were granted anonymity in exchange for their ballots -- conducted this week.

Colorado star Travis Hunter cemented his legacy as the best two-way player in recent decades by becoming the first in college football history to win both the annual Chuck Bednarik Award as top defensive player and the Fred Biletnikoff Award as best wide receiver on Thursday night.

Jeanty won the Maxwell Award for the most outstanding player in football, while Hunter was named the Walter Camp Player of the Year.
