Biden’s approval rating in February was at 41 percent, so this latest poll is just a one-point bump. It was as low as 36 percent last July.

That’s according to a new poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. The survey shows Biden’s overall job approval rating dipping from 59% last month to 54%.
