A 60-year-old man is accused in the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Friday in Eastpointe that may have been connected to a road rage incident, police said. Officers were called at about 7:50 p.m ...

Ty Hale, 18, was shot and killed just before 8 p.m. Friday (Sept. 30) at the intersection of Stricker and David avenues in Eastpointe. Hale is the father of two children -- a baby boy and a girl.

Eastpointe police say at about 3:30 p.m. on Friday, June 16, the man entered the station and told police that he believed his uncle was murdered at home in the 16000 block of Stricker Ave.

Eastpointe police are calling a Friday evening shooting the result of "road rage." The shooting took place at a stop sign in the intersection of Stricker Avenue and David Avenue in Eastpointe.
