A shooting at an apartment complex in Brooklyn Park left one person dead and another seriously injured on Friday. Brooklyn Park police said the gunfire was reported around 10:30 a.m., with officers arriving at a "chaotic" scene at the Huntington Place Apartment Complex on the 5800 block of 73rd Ave. N.

The shooting was reported to police at 10:30 a.m. at Huntington Place apartments in the southern part of the city.

According to the Minnesota BCA, officials are looking for 13-year-old Sequoia Kieya. She is described as 5-foot, 1-inch tall, 113 pounds, with brown and red hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark pink bonnet,
