The comedian said the startling incident was the result of "food poisoning" in an Instagram post from the hospital

Tracy Morgan fell ill courtside at the New York Knicks game Monday night and the game was held up until the mess was cleaned up. His diagnosis: food poisoning.

"We hope Tracy feels better soon and look forward to seeing him back courtside," said a spokesperson for Madison Square Garden.
