Five people were injured after a small plane crashed in the parking lot of a retirement community Sunday in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, officials said.The six-seat 1981 Beechcraft Bonanza plane took off from Lancaster Airport and crashed in the parking lot of the Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz at 3:18 p.

The owner of the plane was identified through tax records. A spokesperson for the Lehigh Valley Burn Center confirmed to our CBS affiliate, WHP-TV, that a man with the same name is in critical condition there.

Two patients were flown to the Lehigh Valley Health Network’s burn center and a third was driven there by ambulance, according to a spokesman for Lancaster General Hospital, where all five occupants were taken immediately after the crash. The other two patients were released Sunday night from Lancaster General, he said in an email.
