In 2024, Moore won a National Championship with the Vols. He was drafted 8th overall by the Angels later that summer in the MLB draft. He played just two games with the Single-A Inland Empire 66ers before moving up to the Rocket City Trash Pandas, finishing the season with a .322 batting average in 23 games.
