He's been a name that has been mentioned in a lot of trade rumors as of late. Recently, SNY's Ian Begley reported that the New York Knicks are a team with interest in the 29-year-old. Via Begley: "Knicks are among many team that have checked in with Philly on big man Guerschon Yabusele.

Thus, per New York Basketball, SNY’s Ian Begley recently predicted that the Knicks will move Sims to the Houston Rockets with seven days left to execute trades (h/t ClutchPoints’ Alex House):

New York doesn’t have to do anything between now and the trade deadline to reach its goals. The Knicks have been fine with the roster as is. With that said, the sense around the league is that the Knicks will do something minor in order to bolster their bench, whether sooner by getting a player back in a trade or later in the buyout market.

There could be a serviceable option on a conference rival that could really help the Knicks out. ESPN’s Bobby Marks suggested that New York should make a trade for Philadelphia 76ers backup F/C Guerschon Yabusele.
