A Mega Millions ticket sold in Clarkston won $1 million Friday, according to the Michigan Lottery. The ticket matched the five white balls drawn Friday night — 4, 24, 32, 41 and 55. It was purchased at Geb Clarkston Inc., a Sunoco gas station located at 7650 Ortonville Road.

No tickets were sold matching all six numbers in Friday evening’s drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery. One ticket was sold matching five numbers but not the Mega number in Michigan and is worth $1 million.

The most recent big Mega Millions winner was a lucky lottery ticket holder in Arizona, who struck gold on Jan. 18, winning a $113 million jackpot. According to the lottery, only four tickets matched all six Mega Millions numbers in 2024 – the fewest jackpots won in a calendar year since the game began in 2002.
