Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry has accepted the role of assistant general manager for the basketball programs at alma mater Davidson College.

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is supporting his alma mater, Davidson, as an assistant general manager for its basketball programs, the school announced Monday morning. As a result, he’s the first active professional athlete active among major American sports to have an administrative role in the NCAA.

Front offices are coming to college basketball, and Davidson is tabbing a familiar face to help lead the charge
