The Alabama redshirt junior was named as the 35th recipient of the William V. Campbell Trophy by the National Football Foundation. Known as the "Academic Heisman," is an award given to the player who best combined academic success, football performance and leadership. Alabama offensive lineman Barrett Jones also won the award in 2012.
