Ahead of the official start of CES, Samsung has announced a trio of new Odyssey gaming monitors. Of the bunch, the G81SF is the most interesting. Samsung says it’s the first 4K, 27-inch OLED gaming monitor.

The MPG 272URX QD-OLED and the MPG 272QR QD-OLED X50 are the world’s first 27-inch QD-LED gaming monitors with DisplayPort 2.1a.

27-inch 4K OLED 240Hz monitors seem to be like buses: you wait ages for one and then three turn up at once. Asus, Samsung, and MSI are all announcing the industry’s next-generation QD-OLED gaming monitors that offer the benefits of 4K OLED 240Hz panels at the smaller 27-inch size instead of 32 inches.
