A federal judge denied Sean "Diddy" Combs bail on Wednesday, Nov. 27. The decision came in a Wednesday ruling by federal judge Arun Subramanian, after Combs appeared in court on Friday, Nov. 22, for a third bail hearing, citing him as a considerable risk to community safety.

Diddy’s third attempt to get bail has failed, despite him offering to pay a $50 million bond. The judge said there is a serious risk of witness tampering if Diddy is allowed to await trial on charges

The motion came ahead of an upcoming decision on whether Diddy can be granted a $50 million bail and released on house arrest. Prosecutors are claiming Diddy will only continue tampering with witnesses from out of prison.
