Company officials say they've reported it to police, but are not aware of any threat to their offices or team.

Health insurance nonprofit UCare has closed its corporate offices in Minneapolis and Duluth following a "concerning comment" on Friday. UCare spokesperson Wendy Wicks said the company received a "concerning comment" late Friday evening. Details of the comment have not been shared.

Although the call was reported to police, UCare says they aren't aware of any threat to the offices or team members.

The incident happened days after the CEO of Minnesota-based UnitedHealth Care was shot and killed in an apparent targeted attack.

Offices will be closed from Dec. 9-Dec. 13. This came a few days after UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, of Maple Grove, Minnesota, was gunned down outside a New York City hotel ahead of an investor meeting. The search for Thompson's killer continued on Monday.
