The San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers are clashing on the field during seven games in 11 days stretch, though they could be set to face off on the trade market as well.

Just Baseball’s Zach Lutz listed the Arizona Diamondbacks’ Zac Gallen and Houston Astros’ Framber Valdez as top pitchers that could be on the move at the trade deadline, and though the former would be unlikely to be sent to a division rival, Lutz wrote the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers could get into a bidding war for Valdez.

It's Wednesday, June 11 and the Dodgers (40-28) are in San Diego to take on the Padres (38-28). Ben Casparius is slated to take the mound for Los Angeles against Randy Vásquez for San Diego. The Padres leveled the series last night with an 11-1 win.
