Trump sued Murdoch and the Wall Street Journal for libel after it published an article tying the president to a raunchy letter that was sent to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein for his 50th birthday.

The president sued the newspaper and its owners over an article detailing a lewd birthday message he allegedly wrote to the disgraced financier in 2003.

President Donald Trump reached an agreement Monday with News Corporation magnate Rupert Murdoch to postpone Murdoch’s deposition in the $20 billion defamation lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal.
