PlayStation is launching its annual Black Friday sale with huge savings on PS5 consoles, PSVR 2, PlayStation Plus and must-play games.

Sony's latest and greatest console, the PS5 Pro, may have only just hit the market, but one UK retailer has already slashed cash off its not inconsiderable price for Black Friday. The "most powerful console on the planet" is available on EE with a healthy £40 off.

Sony, as well as third-party retailers, including Amazon, Argos, Currys, Very and AO, have slashed the price of the PlayStation 5 consoles, the PlayStation VR2 headset, PS5 games and even PS5 accessories, including the DualSense wireless controller, Pulse Elite wireless headset and Pulse Explore wireless earbuds.

Black Friday is here, and so are Sony's latest deals on its famous consoles. The PS5 Slim and the PS5 Pro have been the talk of the gaming town since their launch.

There's still some time to pick some great Black Friday PS5 deals with massive savings before Cyber Monday takes over. Many of these offers have been on the shelves since this time last week, but I've seen plenty of newcomers join the fray in the last few hours.

It's the last day to take advantage of Sony's huge Cyber Monday sale, with discounts of up to 50% on the PS5, DualSense, PS VR2, and games like Elden Ring and Silent Hill II.
