The 2025 U.S. Open and its host, Oakmont Country Club, have delivered to expectation entering Sunday's final round. Only four golfers enter the last 18 holes under par. Only one of that group have previously won a major championship,
J.J. Spaun captured his first major championship with a stunning birdie-birdie finish to win the U.S. Open at Oakmont. Needing just two putts to win, Spaun sunk a bomb from 64 feet, 5 inches at No. 18 to secure the title.
