Sarasota County will open a cold weather shelter in North Port on Monday and Tuesday nights, as temperatures are likely to dip into the mid-40s

Sarasota County Emergency Management officials also remind residents that pets should not be left outside during the cold weather. People who who need to be outside overnight or during the early morning hours are encouraged to dress in several warm layers and limit skin exposure to the wind.

Shenghua Wen allegedly moved items to North Korea by concealing them in shipping containers from Long Beach, California, through Hong Kong and then North Korea.
