Nintendo has officially announced the preorder date for the Nintendo Switch 2 after previously delaying it following the console's announcement citing the Trump administration's newly-enacted tariffs and uncertain market conditions.

The Nintendo Switch 2 preorders start real soon. Those who want a console at launch June 5 should get in line as soon as possible.

On April 8th, Nintendo also announced that it would be delaying Switch 2 preorders in Canada “in order to align with the timing of preorders to be determined in the US.” With this news, Canada will be able to preorder the Switch 2 on April 24th as well.
