The Washington Commanders hired Mark Clouse, the president and chief executive of the Campbell’s Company, as team president, filling one of the top executive positions for a franchise that has been overhauled during the past year.

Jason Wright, who stepped down as president and has been serving as a senior adviser, will leave the team at the end of the season.
