Update: 30% containment reached for Juniper Fire in Riverside County
Juniper Fire initially started 11:28 a.m. June 30 in Riverside County, California. Since its discovery 36 hours ago, it has burned 688 acres. By Tuesday evening, a fire crew of 15 succeeded in containing 30% of the fire. However, the cause is still under investigation.
