Leno's storytime came a few weeks after the star revealed he was wearing an eye patch due to falling down a hill, and hitting his eye on a rock. It's the latest of many injuries in recent years, including a big garage fire incident in 2022 that left him with second- and third-degree burns to his face, chest, and hands.

This is far from the only time Swift has gone out of her way for her supporters. In fact, legendary late-night show host Jay Leno recently recalled an incident wherein the "Eras Tour" headliner helped him make amends following a "road rage" incident.
