Summerfest officials announced on Monday, Dec. 2 that James Taylor and his All-Star Band will headline the American Family Insurance Amphitheater on June 21.

The iconic singer-songwriter is a frequent visitor to the festival and will be back again for a headlining spot at the Amp.

Taylor announced a 2025 summer tour, taking him across both the United States and Canada, including a June 17 stop at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

On his summer tour of mostly amphitheaters, veteran troubadour James Taylor will detour indoors to Xcel Energy Center on June 17. It will be the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer’s first Twin Cities appearance since 2021 when he presented a 1970s-centric repertoire.
