An earthquake of 5.3 magnitude struck Telangana’s Mulugu on Wednesday morning. The incident took place around 7:27 am.

Mild shocks were also experienced in Gadchiroli, which is located very close to Telangana, according to the district information office.

As per the NCS, the tremor was recorded at around 7:27 am on Wednesday and was centred around the Mulugu region at a depth of 40 km.
