Magic: The Gathering has revealed a look at its forthcoming Final Fantasy -themed set. In an interview with IGN, senior game designer Daniel Holt talked about the collaboration and this initial look, which focuses on four major character cards and their associated pre-constructed Commander decks.

Magic: The Gathering has been on a cross-over binge lately, and the next property up is Final Fantasy. The card set inspired by the Square Enix RPG series arrives in June, and Wizards of the Coast recently revealed four pre-constructed decks led by commander-style hero cards: Terra (FFVI),

The Final Fantasy x Magic: The Gathering crossover will consist of its own full set, including four Commander Decks. These include a Final Fantasy 6 deck fronted by Terra, a Final Fantasy 7 deck led by Cloud, a Final Fantasy 10 deck starring Tidus, and a Final Fantasy 14 deck guarded by Y’shtola.
