Victor Wembanyama made a go-ahead free throw with 2.9 seconds remaining and De'Aaron Fox shined in his Spurs debut as San Antonio escaped with a 126-125 win over the host Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night.

Playing alongside his new teammate for the first time of the season, Victor Wembanyama could't help but enjoy what De'Aaron Fox brought to a young Spurs roster.

He was interviewed by ESPN after playing eight minutes in his first quarter with the team. As he wiped off the sweat, Fox joked that San Antonio's young core, which includes the second-year phenom Victor Wembanyama, aged him at the ripe age of 27.
