I don't know for sure. When you arrive, you line up by your time of entry. Tickets start in 15-minute intervals. You might try arriving 30 minutes early and see if they will allow you …

I don't know for sure. When you arrive, you line up by your time of entry. Tickets start in 15-minute intervals. You might try arriving 30 minutes early and see if they will allow you earlier access. I saw one comment on the forums where someone entered 15 minutes before their time. We spent about 30 minutes in the house, 15 minutes seeing the costumes (separate wing) and another 30 minutes in the patio, but we took our time with photos, watched a video, and used the washrooms as well.

While I am not an expert at these things, from experience processing foreign transactions, my smaller bank won't allow me to process foreign transactions without prior authorization. I added mobile alert to my account and can clear a hold instantly. Try a credit card versus a debit/credit card. Maybe call your bank for assistance. Sometimes I just need to change internet browsers. If something doesn't work in chrome, try microsoft edge. Please let us all know if any of these solutions worked and good luck!

The only discounts are for students and teachers get a discount with your ID. Make sure to buy your tickets in advanced and do t be late, because they have a time frame.
