I also liked the fact I didn't have to pay to get in since I don't ride anyway. I did purchase the train ticket $4.50 but it was well worth it the train ride lasts 20 minutes it was fantastic.

I live almost 2 hours away and see you're normally only open 5 hours a day. Is that sufficient time to ride all the rides? Are you not very crowded? I'd just hate to drive all the way up there and only ride 3 rides as we spend the rest of the time waiting in long lines. When is your least crowded dates? Thank you!

We actually live right by Great America and have season passes every year. We've already gone there 3 times this year. It's soooooo crowded. I really miss kiddieland in Melrose park that closed down 7 years ago and was looking for something similar to that. Smaller park, less crowds, etc just for something different. Santa's village is also by me but it's not like it used to be before it closed down and reopened. My kids are 15 & 12. I'll watch for a groupon. Thank you so much for your opinion though. I appreciate it! :)
