Extreme shortage of bathrooms - otherwise a very enjoyable visit. The shops and music are awesome. The craft shows are a must see on the weekends.Full review by James G

We went to Gruene to go to the Gruene Music Hall. Oldest dance hall in TX. We went on a night where there was a musician performing. I was happy to find out that it did not feel at all like a tourist…Full review by tashleyw

Is the Greene shopping area walkable ?
A:
It’s an old town so sidewalks and a lot of pedestrian traffic. Parking is limited on the street but a hidden lot had ample parking. It’s hot in the summer months so plan accordingly.

Is Gruene wheel chair accessible?

Do not remember a lot of stairs. Some shops in old houses had stairs but one also had ramp.

What time do shops open on Sunday?
A:
Most shops around Gruene Hall are open 10am-6pm on Sundays. Some are open 10-9pm on Sundays (like places to eat/drink). Enjoy

A:
It seemed everything started buzzing around 10 AM with a steady stream of vehicles rolling in. It was really fun to explore all the shop. Make sure you go down all the side streets too!
